Nancy’s extensive experience over the last 40 years in the dental industry include team leader, management, treatment coordinator, recare facilitator, collections expert, marketing coordinator, lecturer, team trainer, analyzing the systems of a practice and as a buyers advocate. She offers workshops for your business team and managers.

With a strong focus on an administrative skillset combined with an NCCP Level II coaching certification she is a valuable resource for her clients.

Program:  Treatment Coordinator Part I 

Who would benefit: appropriate for any business team member, current treatment coordinators, assistants who coordinate treatment or hygienists who discuss treatment with their patients.  

Part I will include an introduction to treatment coordinating.  This role will allow the doctor to diagnose treatment then be able to hand over the coordination of treatment to the new treatment coordinator and be able to continue offering care to other patients.

Patients will better understand their diagnosed treatment, options available, risks, timelines, insurance benefits and costs involved by having dedicated time to ask questions. Questions they may not ask the dentist. Your patients will leave the practice with their questions answered armed with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their own dental health. They will schedule treatment once they know the value of the treatment they will receive.

Program:  Dental Reception Training Workshop
